ISNA Board of Directors Meeting
February 24, 2006, (Conference Call)

Present: Dorene Albright, President; Ella Harmeyer, Vice-President; Paula McAfee, Treasurer; Sue Gaebler, Secretary; Judy Barbeau, Teresa Holland, and Barbara Kelly, Directors; Ernest C. Klein, Jr., CAE, Executive Director.

Absent with notice: Eleanor Donnelly and Jennifer Embree, Directors.

The Board met via conference call to approve a resolution authorizing the American Nurses Association’s legal counsel to notify the US Department of Labor that in 2005 ISNA had not engaged in labor activities and would not be filing an LM-2 report for that year.
