Present: Ella Sue Harmeyer, President; Barbara Kelly, Vice President, Judy
Barbeau, Secretary, Paula McAfee, Treasurer; Eleanor Donnelly, Vicki
Johnson, and Katherine Willock, Directors; Ernest C. Klein, Jr., CAE,
Executive Director.
Absent: Jennifer Embree and Michael Fights.
The Board voted to not accept a proposal to present a strategic planning
session for the 2007-09 ISNA Board of Directors and directed staff to seek
other proposals.
The staff recommendation that ISNA terminate the Membership Dues Billing
System and return the responsibility to the American Nurses Association
Central Billing was approved by consensus
