As you can see as we enter our third full week of this session some
bills are quickly moving through the process. You will note the bills
that are scheduled for committee hearings this coming week.

As always, we see bills introduced that are the same or similar to
bills previously introduced but not passed. We also see bills that are
similar but perhaps they are "fixing" issues previously passed.

At this writing we are still reviewing bills and hope to the complete
list next week. Also by next week, if bills have not been scheduled for
the week of January 23 -26, 2006 it is unlikely the will pass out of
the House of origin. You never know though until it's really over - the
content may be amended into another bill.
