The American Nurses Association (ANA) offers two new health and safety
brochures and three updated documents to assist nurses in addressing
occupational health and safety issues in the workplace.

ISNA Monitors Rules Proposed by State Agencies
In addition to laws passed by the
Indiana General Assembly, state agencies - such as the Department of Health
and State Board of Nursing - have authority to promulgate rules which have
the effect of law. The Indiana State Nurses Association regularly monitors
this process.
