association and leadership seminars and developed programs for over 800 not-for-profit organizations throughout the United States and in Indonesia, the Philippines, and for Russian business leaders.

Mr. Butler met with the ISNA Board of Directors and representatives from eight of the ten ISNA Regions on June 11, 2004. The comments from the focus group session will be used to develop surveys (both paper and on-line) for current members and former members. The results of the surveys and preliminary recommendations will be presented to the ISNA membership at the Meeting of the Members on Saturday, September 18, 2004. Every member who is concerned about membership retention and participation at the Region level should plan to attend.
