Workbook Provides Essential Guidance to
Professional Nurses and Students
“Nurse to Nurse: Workplace Advocacy Strategies
for Professional Success” is an important publication for every nurse –
whether you are in nursing school or have years of professional experience.
Developed by the Indiana State Nurses Association (ISNA), this informative
publication outlines professional nursing law, regulations, Code for Nurses,
standards, conflict resolution strategies and highlights real examples of a
nurse’s responsibilities and liabilities in the workplace.
“Many students and professional nurses from across Indiana have taken part
in the ‘Nurse to Nurse’ workshops,” said Ernest C. Klein, RN, CAE, ISNA
Executive Director. “Participants have found the workbook to be very useful
in providing guidance and generating meaningful discussion on hot-button
topics that nurses face each day.”
ISNA is making this 90 page publication available to nursing programs around
