With the Indiana General Assembly passing HEA 1002 into law, and that law becoming effective, nurse educators now have an additional pathway to meet qualification requirements for teaching clinicals in certain associate’s degree programs. Specifically, they may be enrolled in a nurse educator certificate program. As was the case before this law passed, they may also be enrolled in a master’s degree program.
